Mr. Charlie is named after the Pigpen sung tune by The Grateful Dead and features the Pigpen lead repertoire of that band. Old blues, folk, and Jugband numbers, along with more contemporary folk music. Mr. Charlie is John Holenko on guitars and mandolin, Bob Meehan on harmonica, John Kennedy on bass, and Matt Masie on percussion.
